We are pleased to invite you to the 17th Annual Mermaid Tears Seaglass Festival, celebration of the sea and more.

VENDOR SET UP TIME 7:00am until 9:00am NO LATER! :)

Vendor Fair - 10:00am until 6:00pm

Vendors and committee members CANNOT enter the shard contest.

• AUTHENTIC sea glass only. NO ARTIFICIAL TUMBLED GLASS!

• There is a $25 fee for doing a demonstration in the DEMO TENT.

• All registration fees are non-refundable

• We reserve the right to ask vendors to remove items that do not relate to this festival

• We ask that NO pets/animals be present inside with vendors. You may find local animal care. You will be responsible for paying for the animal care. There will be a dog park located at the Eastern Kings Sportsplex, 203 Main St. Souris.

• Set up time on Saturday is at 7:00 am until 9:00 am.

• Tents must be no larger than 10’ X 10’

• ONCE YOU HAVE REGISTERED and PAID FOR YOUR SPACE you are CONFIRMED. We will contact you by email if we do not have any spaces available.
